Battery repair and reconditioning
Your battery no longer holds its charge, cuts out suddenly or won’t charge at all? In most cases, replacing the cells is all it takes.
What we do
- Diagnosis and fault finding: we measure each cell group and check the BMS, connectors and wiring.
- Cell replacement: new brand-name cells (Samsung, LG, Murata…), spot-welded in our workshop.
- Repair after deep discharge: a battery left empty for a long time can often be recovered.
- Custom-built batteries: voltage, capacity and shape matched to your e-bike, scooter or project.
- Capacity test and certificate: ideal before buying or selling a used e-bike.
Recondition instead of replace
A new original battery often costs several hundred francs – if it is still available at all. Reconditioning keeps your casing, electronics and full compatibility. Thanks to today’s cells, capacity is often equal to or higher than the original.

Visit the workshop Monday to Friday, or send us your battery by post (return shipping: CHF 30). Please contact us before shipping: lithium batteries must be packed according to strict rules.
